Two Day Workshop: Sunday Jan 28th 8pm EST/7pm CST 2-hours and Friday Feb 2nd 8pm EST/7pm CST 1.5 hour Sunday - Learn about the Celebration Friday - Do the Celebration! Imbolc: Imbolc falls around February 1st or 2nd, marking the midpoint between the winter solstice and the spring equinox. It celebrates the emerging signs of spring and the growing power of the sun. Imbolc is associated with purification, the goddess Brigid, and the preparation for the agricultural season. Traditional customs include lighting candles, making Brigid's crosses, and honoring the returning life and light in nature. It's a time for welcoming the promise of renewal and the eventual arrival of spring.
