The self-paced courses will be chosen by the Headmaster at random. The course will only be available during that month for enrollment. You will need to enroll yourself that course manually and you will lose access if you do not enroll while it is connected to the subscription that month.
No refunds or transfers are allowed.
Students who provide written notice of cancellation within 48 hours prior to the first class, will be allowed to either transfer their class payment towards another class of equal or lesser value, or rollover the payment to another session of the same class. All transfers or rollovers must be completed within 3 months of the cancellation. Transfers can be made to a class or session of greater value, provided the difference in payment is made at the time of transference. No transfers or rollovers will be allowed once the class has begun. Sorry, no refunds of any kind on any class, session, workshop, course, service, or product. Because of the nature of self-paced courses, no transfers or rollovers will be allowed.
We understand that life can sometimes happen. We do not offer refunds, but you will be given a eGift Card in the amount purchased, and you will be able to use this card yourself or give it to someone else to be redeemed within 3 months.
All memberships are listed for the commitment signed up for at time of purchase. In order to cancel, our policy is that 50% of the remaining months are due along with an early cancelation fee of $50. If you are downgrading to a different membership or changing commitments, we will only charge the $50 cancelation fee. Cancelation of current commitment will not commence until the fee invoice and new plan is purchased. If you are upgrading plans, the $50 fee will be waved.
