Time Slip or Psychic Reading?

I've always been fascinated by mysteries and the unexplained—Bigfoot sightings, UFOs, and especially time slips, those strange experiences where the world suddenly seems to transform into a scene from the distant past. This weekend, I had an experience that made me wonder how many of these events might actually be explained through psychic phenomena. Our home is surrounded by old growth Appalachian forest on three sides, and on a misty morning I was sitting quietly on the back porch, connecting with nature. Without warning, the familiar trees faded away and were replaced by a different forest. My porch and house disappeared, leaving me completely surrounded by trees. The mist lifted, sunlight streamed through the trees, the wind began to blow, and I heard a group of people singing in an unfamiliar language somewhere in the distance.

The experience was vivid enough to alarm me, and I focused on taking slow, deep breaths to keep from panicking. Then I realized something important: although I couldn't see my chair, I could still feel it beneath me. After what felt much longer than it probably was, the mist returned, the forest shifted back, my home reappeared, the wind became still, and the singing faded away. My interpretation is that I experienced an overly sensitive clairvoyant echoseer reading rather than an actual time slip. I've had a few overly sensitive mediumship experiences before where spirits appeared completely solid, but my surroundings never changed. This felt different. Instead of perceiving a spirit, it seemed as though I unintentionally read the land itself and witnessed an echo of a past event. Normally, I experience this type of reading in my mind's eye—not through what appears to be my physical vision. Because I could still feel the chair beneath me, I don't believe my body ever left the present. Rather, it seemed as though my awareness temporarily perceived the psychic impression instead of my normal surroundings.

The experience left me asking an intriguing question: how many unexplained phenomena might actually have psychic explanations? Could some Bigfoot sightings be the result of an overly sensitive dark medium who is unaware of his gift? Could certain UFO encounters be precognitive psychic impressions? And might at least some reported time slips be overly sensitive clairvoyant echoseer readings rather than literal journeys through time? I don't claim to have definitive answers, but the experience certainly gave me a new perspective. If you've ever had something similar happen, I'd love to hear your story in the Discord Psychic Chat!
